Coffee farmers since 1982, own and operate La Floresta farm located in the municipality of El Pital, Huila, Colombia. At an elevation of 1,720 meters above sea level, La Floresta is cultivated by small farmers and collectors from the Páez ethnic group, who bring their ancestral knowledge to the process of growing coffee. This unique partnership generates a distinct flavor profile for the coffee, while also creating a vital link with the region's cultural heritage.
La Floresta is a member of Carcafe Colombia and meets the sustainable agriculture standards set by the Rainforest Alliance. The farm is committed to promoting principles of conservation and social welfare to supply.
